Shipping policy

1. Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. As our products are made-to-order (Print-on-Demand), this time includes the meticulous production of your unique items. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days after production.

Expedited Shipping (if available): Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues.

3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes (Special Notice for EU Orders)

KAZARI STUDIO aims to provide a smooth shopping experience worldwide.


For EU Customers (IOSS): We utilize the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system. For orders under €150, Import VAT is collected at checkout. You should not be charged additional VAT or handling fees upon delivery.

Orders over €150 & Non-EU Orders: For orders exceeding €150 in the EU, or orders outside the EU (e.g., USA, UK, Canada), all customs duties, tariffs, and taxes applied during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Correct Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. As our items are made-to-order, we cannot redirect or refund orders that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Damages & Issues

While KAZARI STUDIO is not directly liable for products lost during shipping, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive your order damaged or defective, please contact us at support@kazari-studio.com within 48 hours of delivery.


Required: Please include clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label.

We will work with our production partner to evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
